Aielo+culture=TALENT VISIBLE is a municipal initiative to support the creators linked to the population of Aielo de Malferit. This objective is achieved with a group exhibition at the Palace of Aielo de Malferit to make visible, enhance and value local creators linking their activity with the current discourses of artistic creation.
Lluci Juan develops the role of curator and organizer of the project: publication of the regulatory bases of the public call, involvement of cultural agents and parallel activities that mark the line of work of this first edition of TALENT VISIBLE.

For this first edition of Aielo + culture= TALENT VISIBLE we are proud to have our neighbors who made their way years ago as pioneers in various creative fields and have been recognized internationally.”

Artists from Aielo de Malferit of recognized trajectory such as Llorenç Barber (international reference of experimental music), Lola Castelló (National Design Award in 1997) and Elvira Aparicio (her work is part of the Cultural Heritage Catalog of the GVA) participate in the exhibition. In order to promote cultural links with other neighboring towns, Salvador Mollà is invited to participate. Also participating are Lluci Juan, Alba Aparici, Robert Bravo, Rosario Giménez and Inma Aparici.

During the visit to the exhibition, different support and dissemination activities have been carried out to encourage visits and mediation with the public: presentation of the catalog, interviews, round table discussions, school visits, etc. You can find more information at the bottom of this page.

In addition to the exhibition, a catalog was published that includes texts by Lluci Juan, Irene Ballester Buigues and Llorenç Barber. It also includes a presentation of each artist with his or her photograph, links to the town, training, career and artistic practice. It concludes with a selection of photographs of the exhibition and the opening.
The catalog was presented in a public act and a colloquium among the artists. This approach was of special interest both for the participating artists and for the local public, who are not familiar with this type of event and served to meet the neighbors from their creative side.

Interviews.
Taking into account the territorial nature in relation to culture and the exhibition event, we have made a great effort in interview format to explain the importance of an event like Talent Visible.
The first of them was with the culture councilor to make an assessment of the culture in the town (past, present and future) and how both the artists and the townspeople have received the proposal. General concepts such as what a police station is are also discussed.
Later, a second interview was carried out to analyze the local experience in comparison with proposals from across the country, large institutions, etc. Irene Ballester, Llorenç Barber and Lluci Juan participated in it. Among the topics discussed is the need for this type of proposals by city councils.
