Visible Talent

Square

Exhibition curated by Lluci Juan.

Activity sponsored by the City Council of Aielo de Malferit.

“To create culture is not only to create an object – sculpture, sculpture, design, show, etc. – to create culture is to create knowledge and also to know ourselves. To have an identity and to know our referents, our heritage, to value it and to be proud of it.

For this first edition of Aielo + culture= TALENT VISIBLE we are proud to have our neighbors who made their way years ago as pioneers in various creative fields and have been recognized internationally.”

Lluci Juan, “De referentes, natura y otras vivencias” (Of referents, nature and other experiences). Excerpt from the text for the catalog “Aielo+culture= TALENT VISIBLE I

TALENT VISIBLE I, 2020

TALENT VISIBLE II, 2022

Aielo+cultura=TALENT VISIBLE is a municipal initiative to support the creators linked to the population of Aielo de Malferit with a group exhibition at the Palace of Aielo de Malferit to make visible, enhance and value local creators linking their activity with the current discourses of artistic creation.

During the visit to the exhibition, different support and dissemination activities have been carried out to encourage visits and mediation with the public: presentation of the catalog, interviews, round table, school visits, etc. You can find more information at the bottom of this page.

“Culture helps us to live and to become better people. For this reason it is necessary to praise the initiatives that are carried out from the villages  are carried out and also with the support of public policies. Aielo de Malferit has long been synonymous with modernity and innovation. We hope that it continues to be so and that from the periphery, from the villages, culture and art are more alive than ever.”
