Pintura y lana bordada sobre lona de algodón.
Mujer, Sáhara, Lucha, Resistencia fue bordada por mujeres saharauis que viven en diferentes localidades del País Valenciano.
La tela se bordó con motivo del festival «Movimientos con arte a Russafa» el festival en que «proponen los movimientos sociales mediante sus campañas y se basa con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles de la agenda 2030 aprobadas por la ONU. El festival, impulsado por Russafa CulturaViva, un programa de desarrollo comunitario intercultural (…) Aspira a dar visibilidad a las acciones reivindicativas y al arte público urbano, generando una cultura participativa y creando un espacio de encuentro entre los movimientos sociales, el arte y la sociedad. La tela se expuso a «En las Balconadas», que forma parte del festival.
Las sesiones de bordado se es van coordinaron con la Federació d’Associacions de Solidaritat amb el Poble Sahrauí País Valencià, reorganizados desde hace unos años en Moviment Valencià d’Ajuda al Poble Sahrauí, para bordarla con diferentes colectivos de población saharaui de País Valencià.
Las mujeres saharauis decidieron bordar el mensaje «Sahara Mujer Lucha Resistencia» acompañada con la imagen de una mujer llevando la «melfa» para reivindicar su identidad y la tarea de las mujeres en la organización del día a día los campamentos del desierto ante la falta de infraestructuras y una organización política estable.
Las tres jornadas de bordado se convirtieron en jornadas de convivencia donde participaron familias completas con niños y hombres.
Hay que agradecer su implicación para la organización de las jornadas de bordado a Lourdes, Naza, Taria, Tebiba, Jose Luis y Kaid.
El año 2018 se expuso en Xirivella.
La primera sesión de bordado fue en Algemesí.
La segunda sesión de bordado fue en el parque de la Canaleta, en Mislata.
La última sesión fue en el barrio de la Coma, en Paterna.
